Gain Insights into Real AUTOSAR Signal Behavior

Although modern ECUs built on the AUTOSAR standard define clear structures and communication between software components, what happens inside the Runnables often remains a black box.

In this webinar, we will show how emmtrix Dependency Analyzer (eDA) can be used to trace and analyze signal flows through an ECU – from incoming messages to processed results. You will learn how data analysis bridges the gap between AUTOSAR specifications and actual C code or model implementations.

We will demonstrate how to visualize signal paths, analyze dependencies, and identify the shortest routes from inputs to outputs and PIMs. A special focus will be placed on On-Board Diagnostics (OBD): by labeling and propagating OBD-relevant signals through the data flow, hidden dependencies become visible — even when they are not explicitly defined in the AUTOSAR model.

Why You Should Attend this Webinar:

  • Gain transparency into complex ECU signal flows
  • Understand dependencies between OBD inputs and diagnostic outputs
  • Learn how software variants and configurations affect signal behavior
  • Discover how eDA bridges AUTOSAR design and implementation
